摘要
目的:探讨两种给药方法在药物流产中的临床效果,减少副反应。方法:将200例自愿药物流产的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例;观察组:米非司酮75mg/d,用2天,第3天晨顿服米索前列醇600μg,第4天给予200μg;对照组:米非司酮50mg/d,用3天,第4天晨顿服米索前列醇600μg;观察和比较二者的流产率、孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间、转经时间和不良反应情况等。结果:在完全流产率、阴道出血时间等方面比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮服用时间越短,胃肠反应与头晕乏力等副作用越小,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the curative effect of two taking medicine methods on drug abortion,and to reduce the adverse reactions. Methods：200 cases patients were randomly divided into investigation group（ 100 cases） and control group（ 100 cases） ;Investigation group：Mifepfistone 75mg/d × 2days,Misoprosto1600ug in the morning on the third days ,200ug in the morning on the fourth days;Control group：Mifepristone 50mg/d × 3day, Misoprosto1600 ug in the morning on the fourth day; And abortion rate, efflux time of gestation sac, vaginal bleeding time and returning menstruation, adverse reactions were examined and compared. Results：In the complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time and so on, the investigation group was better than the control group, there was a significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Shorter course of treatment, exact effect,minor response were shown ,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
