摘要
目的比较甲氨蝶呤针50 mg单次肌内注射、米非司酮配伍甲氨蝶呤及中药保守治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法对先后收治的180例患者随机分成3组,A组50例,将甲氨蝶呤针50 mg单次肌内注射;B组68例,甲氨蝶呤针20 mg肌内注射,1次/d,连用5 d,同时注射当天开始口服米非司酮100 mg,1次/12 h,连续3 d;C组62例,甲氨蝶呤针50 mg单次肌内注射后,当天开始口服米司非酮100 mg,1次/12 h,连续3 d,同时口服传统中药,3组均于停药后1周查血B-HCG,了解其下降情况,直到正常。结果 3组治愈率分别为82.00%、89.70%、93.54%。结论米非司酮配伍甲氨蝶呤针联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠方法较优,值得推广。
Objective To compare the curative effect of MTX combined with Mifepristone or traditional Chinese medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 180 cases of ectopic pregnancy that were received early or late were divided into 3 groups stochastically.Group A that had 50 cases was treated with MTX single-dose(50 mg / m2) intramuscular injection.Group B that had 68 cases was treated with MTX single-dose(20 mg / m2) intramuscular injection combined with oral Mifepristone(100 mg) every 12 hours for continuous 3 days.Group C that had 62 cases was treated with MTX single-dose(50 mg / m2) intramuscular injection combined with oral Mifepristone(100 mg) and Chinese medicine every 12 hours for continuous 3 days.After the treatment,the Serum B-HCG was examined until it returned to normal level in older to learn its decrease.Results The curative rate was 82.00%,89.70% and 93.54%.Conclusion Compared with Group A and Group B,the combination of MTX single-dose intramuscular injection with oral Mifepristone and Chinese medicine in the conservation with treatment of ectopic pregnancy is a highly effective method.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
