摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)保留输卵管手术治疗各类型输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法回顾性分析65例腹腔镜联合MTX保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床资料。结果本组研究中59例患者经治疗效果较好,成功率90.77%,余下6例因创面出血经电凝止血无效而行输卵管切除术。结论腹腔镜保留输卵管手术联合MTX治疗输卵管妊娠并保留输卵管疗效肯定、确切,副作用小,可以在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic tube sparing operation to unite MTX in the treatment of tubal ectopic and the rate of persistent ectopic pregnancy.
