摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异住妊娠的临床价值.方法我院于2007年6月到2008年4月间经临床诊断为异位妊娠病例100例,随机分为电视腹腔镜手术组50例、组50例,对比观察两组手术效果.结果腹腔镜手术组手术时间与剖腹手术组比较手术时同、术中出血量及术后平均住院日均明显少于剖腹手术组,P<001.结论腹腔镜下治疗异位妊娠是一种安全有效的手术方法,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、手术损伤小、术后恢复迅速、优点。
