摘要
目的:观察米索前列醇预防剖宫产后出血的疗效。方法:选取2008年1～12月我院剖宫产孕妇174例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各87例,术中均常规使用催产素,治疗组孕妇加用米索前列醇,观察术中及术后2h出血情况及产后出血率。结果:治疗组术后2h出血情况及产后出血率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇防治剖宫产术后出血疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Misoprostol on preventing hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:From January to December 2008 in our hospital,174 pregnant women with cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 87 cases,Oxytocin for routine use,the treatment group was added with Misoprostol,the hemorrhage during operation and 2 h after operation and the postpartum hemorrhage rate were ob served.Results:In treatment group,the hemorrhage during operation and 2 h after operation and the postpartum hemor rhage rate was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol on preventing hemorrhage after cesarean section has a significant curative effect,it is worthy of promotion.
