摘要
为探讨低温胁迫下不同浓度钾处理对丝瓜幼苗生理影响及其抗寒性的差异,以"翡翠二号"丝瓜为试验材料,在人工气候培养箱内采用基质培育丝瓜幼苗,并分别用不同K+浓度的营养液处理丝瓜幼苗,研究低温(夜晚8℃,白天13℃)条件下其对丝瓜幼苗叶片相对电导率、冷害指数、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量等指标的影响。结果表明:随着K+处理浓度增加,壮苗指数先升后降,处理浓度为9.00mmol/L壮苗指数显著高于对照;随着低温处理时间的延长,丝瓜幼苗的冷害指数上升、叶绿素含量下降、相对电导率上升、MDA含量增加、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量增加,不同浓度K+处理间差异显著性和变化幅度不同。综合各项生理指标,低温下K+处理可显著降低丝瓜幼苗的冷害,提高幼苗的抗寒性,其适宜浓度为9.00mmol/L。
t In order to explore the effect of different potassium concentrations treatment under low temperature stress on the physiological response and cold resistance of towel gourd [Luffa cylindrica (Linn.) Roem.] seedlings, a towel gourd variety "FeiCui No.2# was used in the artificial climate incubator with matrix culture methods, and different concentration potassium solutions were applied at low temperature (night 8 ℃/day 13 ℃) . The relative conductivity, cold injury index, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and proline content of seedling leaf were tested. The result showed that seedling index first increased and then decreased with the treatment concentration increased. The seedling index is significantly higher with the concentration of 9.00 mmol/L over the left treatments. The chilling injury index of towel gourd seedlings raised, the content of chlorophyll declined, relative conductivity raised, MDA content, soluble sugar content and proline content increased as the treatments lasted, but the differences as well as the variation degree between different concentrations of K+ were different. Based on the physiological index, it could be concluded that potassium treatment reduced chilling injury significantly and improved cold resistance potential of towel gourd seedlings under low temperature, and the optimal concentration was about 9.00 mmol/L.
