摘要
对25个耐低温性不同的黄瓜自交系进行低温处理,试验通过对幼苗在低温下各形态学指标与常温相对百分率及半致死温度的分析,对各自交系进行了耐低温性的初步鉴定结果表明:9503,9504,9507,9513,9524,9525共6个自交系属于高抗材料;9501,9502,9505,9508,9509,9511,9512,9514,9515,9516,9518,9520,9522,9523共14个自交系属于中抗材料;9506,9510,9517,9519,9521共5个自交系属于低温敏感材料。
25 different cucumber inbred lines resisting low temperature were taken as materials in this research, compared morphological standards, comparative in normal temperature and semilethal temperature in seedlings. The results showed that the lines of 9501,9502, 9505,9508,9509,9511,9512,9514,9515,9516,9518,9520,9522 and 9523 were belonged to mid resisted materials, and the lines of 9506,9510,9517,9519,9521 were belonged to low temperature allergic materials.
