摘要
针对当前职业道德建设、职业素质塑造过程中医学生信仰目标缺失与理想信念价值观缺位的现状,以养成教育为突破口,通过创新教学方法、改革教学方式、多元引导、强化美育等措施,促使学生养成良好的思维习惯、职业道德行为习惯,完善职业人格,坚定理想信念。
Aiming at the status of lack of faith,ideal and value of medical students in the process of professional morality construction and professional quality shaping,taking cultivation education as breakthrough point,teachers can help students to cultivate good thinking habit and professional morality behavior habit,optimal professional personality and firm ideal view though innovating teaching method,reforming teaching mode and strengthening beauty education.
