摘要 以FOPID(分数阶PID)控制和DMC(动态矩阵控制)为基础,提出了基于FOPID性能指标的FOPID-DMC算法。该算法既继承了FOPID算法的优点,具有多个可调参数,又可预测系统的输出。在时域内分析了FOPID-DMC控制器的参数对控制性能的影响,给出参数选取范围。通过仿真说明FOPID-DMC比DMC和PIDDMC算法控制性能更好,最后给出在过程控制实验装置应用中该算法与其他算法控制效果对比分析。 Based on Fractional-Order PID (FOPID) and Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC), a Fractional-Order PID Dynamic Matrix Control (FOPID-DMC) algorithm is given. Combining the virtues of the two algorithms, this new algorithm not only has the advantage of fractional-order PID, which is reliable in operation, but also has prediction function. The influence of FOPID-DMC controller parameter tuning on system performance is investigated in time domain. The parameter selection range is given. Simulation results show that FOPID-DMC algorithm has better performance than DMC and PIDDMC algorithm, which makes the system have satisfactory stability and transition characteristics. FOPID-DMC algorithm and other control algorisms were compared on a process control experimental device, and the comparison analysis of the control performance is given.
