摘要 针对循环流化床(CFB)床温的大惯性和时变性特点,提出了一种PI-DMC算法。PI控制器根据实际输出与预测输出的偏差修正动态矩阵控制(DMC)控制器的输出,以减小实际系统与预测模型间的输出偏差,从而降低模型与实际系统的失配以及干扰对控制系统的影响,提高系统的鲁棒性及抗干扰能力。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能够很好地适应CFB床温的动态特性变化,且控制品质优于常规PID和传统DMC控制。 Against the large inertia and time-varying of bed temperature of the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers,a PI-DMC algorithm was proposed.According to deviation between the actual output and predicted output,the PI controller corrected the output of dynamic matrix controller(DMC)to decrease the deviation of output between the actual system and the prediction model.Thus the effect of model mismatch and interference on control system was reduced,and the robustness and the anti-interference performance of the system were improved.The simulation results demonstrated that,this control method could adapt to the dynamic characteristics change of the bed temperature well,and the control quality was better than that of the conventional PID and DMC controller.
