摘要
目的:了解标准化病人(SP)在我国临床医学教学中应用情况及存在问题。方法:用"标准化病人"、"模拟病人"及"SP"等检索词检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和中文科技期刊全文数据库,利用Excel对文献发表年限、教学科目、教学对象、文献类型、教学内容、SP来源等6个方面进行计量学统计分析。结果:共获得符合条件文献61篇,统计出了上述6个方面的数据结果。结论:我国目前SP在临床医学教学中的应用逐渐增多,但仍处在起步阶段。SP是一种先进的教学方法和手段,值得进一步在临床医学教学中研究、应用。
Objective:To get the message of the application and the problem of Standardized Patient in the field of medical teaching in China.Methods :The literature was retrieved with the keys word" standardized patients" or "modal patient" or "SP" in CNKI and Wanfang database and VIP.Statistical analysis was appliced in publication years,subjects,teaching objects and literature type,teaching contents and SPresource by Excel.Results :Finally,61 literatures that satisfied the conditions were searched.We obtaind all data in the above-mentioned aspects by satistics.Conclusions :In recent years,TCM education has more and more practical applications of Standardized patients,but the application is still in the infant stage.Standardized patients teaching is deserved to be studied and applied as an advanced teaching method and approach.
