摘要
目的了解ICU临床抢救急诊危重症患者时配合展开标准化急救护理专业技术的意义。方法随机筛选95例因患急危重症于2014年12月—2016年11月进入该院ICU救治的患者,其中46例A组危重症病例行常规干预,同时49例B组患者则加以展开标准化急救护理专业技术,给予两组抢救质量以及满意度指标展开比对。结果急救、干预工作完成后,46例A组中有38例(82.61%)抢救成功,49例B组中有48例(97.96%)(P<0.05);A组抢救时长(50.13±11.95)min,B组(33.00±8.56)min(P<0.05);A组家属的满意度76.09%(35/46),B组95.92%(47/49)(P<0.05)。结论当ICU对急危重症患者进行抢救时,配合展开标准化急救护理专业技术具有可靠性,是改善病情转归的重要途径,推荐选用。
Objective To know the significance of standardized emergency nursing professional technique in the clinical rescue of emergency critically ill patients in ICU. Methods 95 cases of critically ill patients from December 2014 to November 2016 in ICU in our hospital were randomly selected, 46 cases in the group A adopted the routine intervention,while 49 cases in the group B adopted the standardized emergency nursing professional technique, and the rescue quality and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After the emergency and intervention, 38 cases were successfully rescued in the group A, accounting for 82.61%, and 48 cases were successfully rescued in the group B, accounting for 97.96%（P〈0.05）, and the rescue time in the group A and group B was respectively（50.13±11.95）min and（33.00±8.56）min（P〈0.05.05）, and the satisfactory degree of family members in the group A and group B was respectively76.09%（35/46）and 95.92%（47/49）（P〈0.05.05）. Conclusion The rescue and standardized emergency nursing professional technique for the critically ill patients in ICU is reliable, which is an important way to improve the disease outcome, and it is worth recommendation and selection.
