摘要 目的 探讨标准化病人(SP)与多媒体相结合的组合SP技术辅助儿科临床见习的有效性及可行性,培训模拟患儿家长的SP,配套以相应病例多媒体,患儿影像用于临床技能、临床思维及交流能力的培训。方法 实验组以1名SP对3名学生的方式进行病例分析教学,其余内容与对照组相同,比较两组成绩,分析问卷。结果 结果示实验组平时,理论及总成绩高于对照组,病历成绩无显著性差异。问卷调查结果示学生对此教学法持肯定态度。结论 SP自我评价认为规范培训及丰富的幼儿知识利于工作。故组合SP教学有利于提高学生成绩及综合素质,可加强教学薄弱环节,有效辅助儿科临床技能的培训。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of combining standardized patient (SP) technique with multimedia to assist pediatrics clinical teaching for medical students on probation, train SPs that simulate patients' parents, and provide training in clinical skills, clinical thinking and communicating ability with case multimedia children patients' pictures. Methods In the experimental group, case-analyzing teaching was conducted in the manner of 1 SP to 3 students; the rest contents were the same as those in the control group. We compared pediatrics test scores between the two groups and analyzed the questionnaire. Results The results showed that the scores in examinations in normal times, theory examination and total scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Scores of case history did not significantly differ between the two groups. The results of the questionnaire suggested that combined SP teaching was welcomed by the students. Conclusion According to SP self-evaluation, standardized training and rich knowledge of children facilitate work. Therefore, combined SP helps increase students' academic performance and comprehensive quality, strengthens weak link in teaching, and assists training of clinical skills in pediatrics.
