摘要
为考核科技人员业绩提供一个辅助决策支持系统,使用专家调查法和层次分析法建立科技人员业绩考核模型。根据建立的模型使用Windows XP下的Delphi 7软件设计和开发科技人员业绩考核系统。该系统实现信息的规范管理、科学统计和快速查询,基本满足管理人员对干部业绩考核的需求,提高了干部业绩考核工作效率。
To provide an accessorial decision support system,scientific and technological personnel model is established using AHP method and expert investigation. The system is developed by the model and Delphi 7 based on Windows XP. The system makes managing more canonically,counting more scientifically and looking up quickly,which basically accords with the demand of manager and improves the efficency of assessing.
