Professional Competency of Creative Science and Technology Talents Based on Self-cognition

摘要 选择40名创新绩效突出的科技工作者进行行为事件访谈,通过对访谈文本的主题分析与概念化发掘出52个集中度较高的素质项目,以此为基础编制职业素质自我认知测量评价问卷。452名创新型科技人才自我评价结果表明,该群体在知识智力维、行动能力维和个性动机维三个构面的42项素质与创新绩效之间具有显著相关性,且与创新绩效一般的科技职业人群具有区分效度。在科技人才培养实践中应注重对这些关键职业素质的培育。 Through choosing 40 creative science and technology talents with outstanding performance and interviewing them by Behav- ioral-Event Interview, the study dug out 52 competency items, then drawn up self-cognition questionnaire on the base of these i- tems. The result of measurement to 452 talents showed that 42 items had significant positive correlation with their performance and could distinguish this group from ordinary one. These competencies should be paid close attention in the cultivating of science and technology talents.
