摘要
将软锰矿在新型立窑中还原焙烧、隔绝空气快速冷却和热循环利用等新技术,配以球磨、浸出与除杂、固液分离与净化、浓缩与干燥等工艺,生产优质硫酸锰产品。达到了资源利用高效、能源消耗节省、操作工人劳动强度降低、产品质量优质和环境保护得到加强等的效果,实现了对低品位二氧化锰[MnO2≥25%(质量分数)]矿粉综合利用率在90%以上。特别是通过该研究,解决了两矿加酸法和反射炉等老式窑炉焙烧法生产硫酸锰工艺中的很多技术难题和生产成本偏高的经济问题。
In the temperature control equipment with a new vertical-type baking furnace reduction of manganese dioxide,we cut off from the air cooling and thermal cycling,such as the use of new technologies,etc.We use:crushing,acid leaching and impurity,pressure filtration and purification,concentration and drying processes,the production of high quality products in Manganese Sulfate to solve the resource utilization efficiency,saving energy consumption,and reduce labor intensity of workers to operate,and high-quality product quality and environmental protection has been strengthened.In this study,we solve manganese dioxide,pyrite,sulfuric acid direct response,and the use of old-fashioned furnace reverberatory furnace,such as roasting of manganese sulfate production process,many technical problems,such as low content of manganese dioxide for the efficient are used in a new method.
