摘要
利用硫酸锰的溶解度在100℃以上随温度升高而急剧降低的原理,采用压力釜升温加压结晶法生产硫酸锰工艺,单位设备生产效率高,能耗低,环境污染小,能有效地将进入溶液中的钙、镁、硅、铝等杂质除尽,产品质量稳定,结晶率可达到95%以上。为贫锰矿资源的利用找到了出路,为高纯硫酸锰、高纯碳酸锰、高纯氧化锰等产品的生产解决了难题。
According to the principle of solubility of manganese sulfate reducing sharply with the rise of temperature during the temperature above 100 ℃, the new technology for the production of manganese sulfate by crystallization under pressure is adopted. It has the advantages of high productivity of unit equipment ,low energy consumption,less environmental pollution and stable quality of the product. The impurities, such as Ca, Mg, Si and Al in solution can be effectively removed and the crystallization rate of the MnSO4 can be over 95%. This process not only provides a way for utilizing the low - grade manganese ore, but also solves the difficulties for the production of hig-hpurity MnSO4, MnCO3 and MnO2.
