摘要
企业加工提炼金属锰等产品时排放的固体废弃物——锰渣,堆放这些锰渣不仅占用大片土地,而且还严重污染周边的环境,危及人类健康,破坏生态平衡,所以对锰渣综合利用是一种必然趋势。目前,锰渣的应用主要有两方面:一是将电解锰渣进行二次提取以得到有用物质;二是建筑陶瓷行业发展迅速,优质的原材料趋于枯竭。为了缓解建筑陶瓷原料的紧缺及解决锰渣对环境造成成的污染,将其添加至水泥中或是制备成陶瓷砖使用。本文主要从以上两个方面对电解锰渣的应用做出了阐述,并对其以后的发展做出展望。
Business machining refined products such as manganese emissions of solid waste -manganese slag , manganese slag pile them not only occupy large tracts of land , but also the serious pollution of the surrounding environment and endanger human health , destroy the ecological balance , so the manganese slag utilization was an inevitable trend .At present , the application of manganese slag had two main aspects that one was the secondary extract manganese slag to obtain useful substances and the two was construction ceramics industry developing rapidly and high -quality raw materials tended to dry up .In order to alleviate the shortage of building materials and ceramics solve manganese slag on the environment as pollution added to the prepared cement or ceramic tiles used .The application of elaborate manganese slag was elaborated from the above two aspects and prospects for its future development were made .
