摘要
为了减少放电锰资源的浪费 ,利用MnO2 含量为 56%~ 58%、电化活性较高的天然二氧化锰为原料 ,采用直接法进行活化试验 ,MnO2 含量提高到 75%左右 ,3 9Ω连续放电时间 3 60min左右 ,3 9Ω间歇放电时间 750min左右。使以往当作普通化工锰使用的锰粉升级为性能比较优良的电池用二氧化锰。
In order to save the resources of discharging manganese, We employed natural MnO 2 with a content of 56%~58% MnO 2 and with a high degree of electric activation, and adopted direct method to activate and obtained the following results: the content of MnO 2 increased to about 75% and 3 9Ω discharged continuously for 360 minutes. Thus Mn powders used as common chemicals are improved as high quality MnO 2 used in battery.
