摘要
水布垭水电站发电机推力轴承甩油的原因主要是挡油圈高度不够,甩油孔数量偏少,呼吸器孔径偏小,数量偏少。改进措施是,在高于镜板上平面480 mm处加设梳齿状叶片,取得了较好的效果。
The oil-throw problem of the generator＇s thrust bearing of Shuibuya Hydropower Station is caused by such sources： the oil-retainer isn＇t high enough;the oil-throw holes aren＇t sufficient;the diameter of the breather is a little less and isn＇t sufficient.The oil-retainer is reformed by adding a comb-like cover and deflector blades above the mirror disc 480 mm.Good effect is achieved.
