摘要
本文通过研究大型水轮发电机组轴承油雾产生的机理及传统防治措施,创新性地提出一种自泵式油雾吸收装置。采用堵漏与疏导结合的方式对油雾问题进行处理,并通过模型试验进行了验证。结果表明本文所设计的油雾吸收装置能有效减缓油雾溢出问题,为水轮发电机组油雾防治开拓了一种新的思路,以期能从根本上解决这一长期困扰行业的难题。
In this paper,the mechanism of bearing oil mist and the traditional prevention and control measures are studied.An innovative self-pumping oil mist absorption device is presented.The oil mist problem is dealt with by a combination of plugging and grooming,and verified by model experiments.The results show that the oil mist absorption device designed in this paper can effectively alleviate the problem of oil mist overflow,and open up a new idea for the prevention and control of oil mist of hydro-turbine generator sets,in order to fundamentally solve the problem that has been worrying the industry.
