摘要
分析轴承损耗产生的原因,在高速推力轴承试验台基础上,设计新的喷油润滑系统并试验,对比不同油循环系统测得的油膜厚度、压力和温度等数据,分析油循环系统对轴承损耗的影响。试验结果表明喷油润滑系统有效地减少了轴承损耗,可以应用于蓄能机组上。
The reason of bearing loss is analyzed,and a new oil lubrication system is designed and tested based on the thrust bearing test stand.Test results,including thickness,pressure distribution and temperature distribution of oil film are compared,and the influence of oil lubrication system on bearing loss is analyzed.The results show the new oil lubrication system can reduce bearing loss and can be applied to pumped-storage unit.
