摘要
经对水布垭电厂3号发电机推力轴承甩油情况分析,对其推力轴承从两方面改造,一是通过强迫外循环的方式提高油槽内油循环效率,降低瓦温、油位;增加稳油板减缓油面波动;加装排风风机,降低油槽内温度;加高稳油板等减少甩油和油雾的产生;二是利用排风风机在油槽内形成负压防止油雾外逸,并利用静电过滤器将油槽内油雾吸出收集。实际运行表明基本解决了甩油问题,但仍有值得进一步完善之处。
The oil spill problem of the thrust bearing found in the No.3 generator in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant is analyzed.Then,technical modification measures are implemented in the thrust bearing from two aspects.Firstly,forced external circulation is used to improve the oil circulation efficiency and reduce the bearing temperature and the oil level.Oil stabilizing plates are added to relieve the oil level fluctuation.Ventilating fans are installed to reduce the oil groove temperature.Also,the height of the oil stabilizing plates are raised to alleviate the oil spill and oil mist.Secondly,ventilating fans are used to form a negative pressure environment in the oil groove to prevent the oil mist from escaping.Also,electrostatic filters are used to absorb and collect the oil mist from the oil groove.Practical operation of the generator after the modification shows that the oil spill problem is basically solved while further improvement is still necessary.
