水轮发电机推力轴承油槽防甩油措施 被引量:2

摘要 推力轴承在水轮发电机组中承担水轮机水推力作用,在推力轴承表面产生大量的摩擦热,摩擦热将油槽中润滑油温度升高,随着机组转动会产生大量油雾,易发生油槽甩油现象,降低机组运行的稳定性。从润滑油混合均匀性、油槽液面波动特点、油槽甩油过程三方面对常规水轮发电机油槽进行润滑油流动状态仿真分析,提出油槽防甩油的具体措施。 The thrust bearing bears the water thrust function in hydro-generator unit,which generates a large amount of friction heat on the surface of thrust bearing.The friction heat can increase the temperature of lubricating oil in oil tank.With the rotation of the unit,a large amount of oil mist will be generated,which is easy to cause the phenomenon of oil throwing in oil tank and reduce the stability of unit operation.The lubricating oil flow state of the conventional hydro-generator oil tank is simulated and analyzed from three aspects:the mixing uniformity of lubricating oil,the fluctuation characteristics of oil level in oil tank,and the oil throwing process of oil tank.Some specific measures to prevent oil throwing in oil tank are put forward.
