摘要
双语教学是高职院校酒店管理专业人才培养和教学改革的必经之路,本文在阐述酒店管理专业实施双语教学的意义的基础上,就现阶段双语教学实施过程中出现的困境进行了分析,并提出了相应的应对策略。
Bilingual teaching is a necessary way of the reform of training and teaching in hotel management major in polytechnic colleges.Based on the implementation of bilingual teaching of hotel management major in polytechnic colleges,this paper analyzes the plight of bilingual teaching,and puts forward come corresponding countermeasures.
