摘要
《餐饮管理》是酒店管理专业的核心专业课程,使学生了解和掌握关于餐厅经营和管理相关的管理知识和服务技能。文章主要借鉴BTEC的教学模式,对《餐饮管理》课程的课程内容、授课方式、考核方法等方面进行了双语教学课程设计,并根据本院学生的特点进行了双语教学的实践。
"Food and Beverage Management," as a professional course for hotel management specialty in universi-ties, should make students understand and master management knowledge and service skill relevant to restaurant man-agement and operation. Drawing lessons from the BTEC teaching modal, this thesis designs bilingual teaching coursesfrQm perspective of teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods and practices this bilingual teachingmethod according to the characteristics of college students.
