摘要
以复序橐吾(Ligularia jaluensis Kom.)和全缘橐吾(L.mongolica(Turcz.)DC.)叶片为材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS法鉴定其化学成分。结果表明:首次从2种橐吾中鉴定22种化合物,复序橐吾15种,全缘橐吾11种,分别占总挥发油的94.75%和87.08%。其中复序橐吾主要化学成分为4-蒈烯(27.09%),其次是金合欢醇乙酸酯,β-蒎烯,D-柠檬烯及顺-2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙烯基)-2-环己烯-1-醇,其单萜和倍半萜类各4种,占总挥发油的43.80%和10.25%,酯类和醇类分别占16.03%和13.76%;全缘橐吾的主要成分为z-9-十八烷烯醛(23.93%),其次是α-法呢烯,α-金合欢烯,石竹烯,[1aα-[1aα-4aα,7β,7αβ,7bα]]1,1,4,7-四甲基-1H-十氢环丙奥-4-醇及α-杜松醇,其4种倍半萜类占35.8%,醇占22.9%。挥发油中萜类、醇类及酯类决定了2种橐吾食疗价值和香气特征。
An experiment was conducted to study volatile oils extracted from the leaves of Ligularia jaluensis Kom.and L.mongolica(Turcz.)DC.by steam distillation,and chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS.Results showed that 22 kinds of compounds from L.jaluensis and L.mongolica were identified,in which 15 compounds were from the former and 11 compounds from the latter,accounting for 94.75% and 87.08% of all the volatile oils,respectively.The main chemical components of L.jaluensis are 4-Carene,3,7,11-trimethyl-2,6,10-dodecatrien-1-ol,β-pinene,D-limonene,and Cis-2-methyl-5-(1-methylethenyl),among which four monoterpenes and four sesquiterpenes account for 43.80%,10.25%,and esters and alcohols for 16.03%,13.76%,respectively.The main chemical components of L.mongolica are Z-9-octadecenal,A-Farnesene,α-Farnesene,Caryophyllene,[1aα-[1aα-4aα,7β,7αβ,7bα]]1,1,4,7-tetramethyl-1 H-cycloprop[E]azulen-4-ol,and α-Cadinol,among which four sesquiterpenes account for 35.8% and alcohols for 22.9%.The nutrition values and aroma characteristics of Ligularia are attributed to terpenes,alcohols,and esters from the volatile oils.
