摘要
利用同时蒸馏萃取法提取白玉兰精油中的挥发性成分,用气相色谱/质谱法鉴定出55种化学成分,占峰面积的97.73%,挥发油得率为3.81%。主要的化合物类别有烯类,烷类,醇类,醛类等。用面积归一化法测定了各种成分的相对质量分数,其中含量较高的组分有:w(桉叶油素)=16.52%,w〔4-甲基-1-异丙基-二环[3.1.0]己-2-烯〕=13.67%,w〔6,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基-二环[3.1.1]庚烷〕=12.78%,w(十五烷)=10.42%,w(β-月桂烯)=8.49%,w(D-柠檬烯)=4.42%,w(十氢-α,,α4 a-三甲基-8-亚甲基-2-萘甲醇)=4.08%,w〔(+)-α-松油醇〕=3.13%,w(大根香叶烯)=3.03%。
Volatile compounds of Magnolia denudate Desr. were collected using a simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) equipment. Fifty five constituents of the volatile were identified by GC/MS,which amounted to 97.73% of the total peak area. The compounds include olefins, alkanes, alcohols, aldehydes, etc. Relative contents of the constituents were determined by areanormalization method. The main constituents of the volatile were eucalyptol ( 16. 52 % ) ,4-methyl-1 - (1-methylethyl) - bicycle [ 3.1.0 ] hex-2-ene ( 13.67 % ), 6,6-dimethy-2-methylene-bicyclo [ 3.1.1 ] heptane ( 12. 78 % ), pentadecane ( 10. 42 % ) ,β-myrcene ( 8.49 % ), D-limonene ( 4. 42 % ) , decahydro-α, α, 4 a-trimethyl-8- methylene-2-naphthalenemethanol ( 4. 08% ), ( + )-α-terpineol ( 3. 13% ) and germacrene D (3.03%).
