摘要
以长白山4种橐吾为试材,以蛭石、珍珠岩、菌渣、炉灰、草炭为原料设置不同配比,研究不同复合基质对其出苗及幼苗生长的影响。通过对其出苗率、株高、叶面积、叶长、叶宽、生物量等指标的分析,结果表明,混合基质S4即V(园土):V(蛭石):V(草炭)=1∶1∶1为4种橐吾基质栽培的最佳配方。
Four kinds of Ligularia from Changbai Mountain were investigated to study their emergence and seedling growth under different composite matrix with vermiculite, perlite, mushroom residue, slag, peat to set different ratio. Through the analysis of its emergence, plant height, leaf area, leaf length, leaf width, biomass and other indicators, the results show that the composite matrix S4 V (garden soil): V (vermiculite): V (peat) = 1:1:1 is for the best formula of matrix in Four kinds of Ligularia.
