摘要
运用气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用技术 ,结合标准谱库 ,对青海产箭叶橐吾的挥发油成分进行了研究 ,分离鉴定了 39个化合物 ,主要成分为 2 甲基丁烯酸 (5 0 0 1% )、顺 β 松油醇 (2 0 82 % )、反 β 松油醇 (4 0 6 9% )、4 甲基 1 异丙基 R 3 环己烯 1 醇 (15 4 6 7% )、十二烷 (2 181% )、十四烷 (2 2 76 % )、Tau . Muurolol(3 10 8% )、α 杜松醇 (5 6 82 % )、十六醛 (2 2 6 6 % )、6 ,10 ,14 三甲基 2 十五烷酮(3 4 2 1% )、三十烷 (2 370 % )、二十五烷 (3 76 6 % )等。
The chemical constituents of essential oil from Ligularia sagitta mattf were analyzed by capillary GC-MS method.The relative contents in the essential oils were determined by area normalization 39 compounds.The main chemical constituents were 2-methyl-2-butenoic acid(5.001%),cis-,beta,-terpineol(2.082%), Z -beta,-terpineol(4.069%),4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-( R )-3-cyclohexen-1-ol(15.467%),dodecane(2.181%),tetradecane(2.276%),Tau,-muurolol(3.108%),alpha.,-cadinol(5.682%),hexadecanal(2.266%),2-pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl-(3.421%),triacontane(2.370%),pentacosane(3.766%).
