摘要
选择珠三角地区(主要是广州、深圳、东莞、中山等)70多家企业642名员工作为样本,采用结构方程模型验证员工组织公平、组织承诺和组织公民行为的关系。结果表明员工组织公民行为与组织公平、组织承诺成正相关关系,组织公平与组织承诺成正相关关系,并且组织承诺在组织公平和组织公民行为中起到了中介变量的作用。
This paper collected 642 samples in more than 70 corporations from the Pearl River Delta(mainly in Guangzhou,Shenzheng,Dongguan,Zhongshan and so on),and used structural equation model to verify the relationship among organizational justice,organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.The results show that organizational citizenship behavior is positively related to organizational justice and organizational commitment;and organizational justice is positively related to organizational commitment;and organizational commitment is a mediator between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.
