摘要
文章阐述了护士组织公民行为的表现形式(包括公民责任、积极参与、尽责行为)及其影响因素(包括工作满意度、公平知觉、组织承诺、领导支持),并提出了促进护士组织公民行为的管理策略,即提高护士的工作满意度;创设公平的用人环境,提升护士的公平感;营造和谐的组织支持氛围,提高护士的组织承诺;运用组织文化建设促进护士组织公民行为水平提高。
This article reviewed the presentation of nurses' organizational citizenship behaviors, including citizenship responsibility, active participation and responsible action, and the influencing factors of organizational citizenship behaviors, including job satisfaction, fairly intuitive, organizational commitment and support from leaders. Finally, the author brought up the management strategies of enhancing nurses' OCB in the practice of nursing management included impro- ving nurses' job satisfaction, creating a fair employment environment to enhance the sence of fairness, creating a harmonious organization atmosphere to improve nureses" organization commitment using the construction of organizational culture to promote the level of organizational citizenship behaviors among nurses.
