摘要
新中国成立60年来,我国的幼儿园教师教育经历了曲折发展过程,呈现出幼儿园教师教育高学历化、开放化、一体化的趋势,但也存在一些问题,如课程设置未能适应幼儿园教师终身发展的需求,幼儿园教师资格认证制度和教师教育机构认证评估制度不健全,幼儿园教师教育发展存在一定的不均衡性等。要促进幼儿园教师教育发展,有必要充分发挥政府相关部门的作用,探索出一条符合我国国情的发展道路,同时需要努力构建教师专业化发展体系,积极推进制度创新和法制化建设。
Kindergarten teacher education has undergone ups and downs in the past 60 years since the foundation of PRC and shows the trend of highly educated teachers, opening up and integration. However, there are still some problems as well. For instance, curriculum can not adapt to the needs of the kindergarten teachers' lifelong development, kindergarten teachers' certification system and teacher education certification evaluation system are imperfect, and imbalance exist in the development of kindergarten teacher education. In order to promote the development of preschool teacher education, the government needs to fully play its role in the exploration of a development path that best suit China. Meanwhile, efforts are needed to build a system of teacher professional development to actively promote the institutional innovation and the legislative construction.
