摘要
目的建立丹七片的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法对三七进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定丹七片中丹参酚酸B的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.0mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.15%甲酸溶液(35∶65),检测波长286nm。结果 TLC法检出了三七特征斑点;丹参酚酸B进样量在0.114~5.68μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率为98.38%,RSD=1.69%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、稳定、可靠,可作为丹七片的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the quality control standards for Danqi Tablets. Methods TLC was applied to identify Panax notoginseng, the HPLC method was taken for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Danqi Tablets. The Agilent Hypersil C18 column(250 mm ×4. 0 mm, 5μm) was used with methanol-0. 15% formic acid(35 : 65) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 286nm. Reesults The characteristic spots of Panax notoginseng were detected by TLC. The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0. 114-5.68μg( r =0. 999 9), and the average recovery rate was 98.38%, RSD = 1.69% (n =6). Conclusion The evaluation method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of this medicine.
