摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定定心胶囊中丹参酚酸B的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS(5μ,4.6mm×200mm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59)为流动相,检测波长286nm。结果丹参酚酸B在0.1024μg～0.6146μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为96.66%(n=9),RSD=0.9%。结论所建立的方法稳定、可靠,可为该产品建立质量控制方法提供参考。
Objective：Establishing the method of Determination of salvianolic acid B in Dingxin Capsule by HPLG. Methods： Using Hypersil ODS （51μ,4.6mm×200mm）, the mobile phase was methanol -acetonitrile -formic acid -water （ 30 ： 10 ： 1 ： 59） and the detective wavelength was set at 286 nm. Results ： Salvianolic acid B had a good linear range from 0. 1024μg to 0. 6146μg,r = 0.9999 ,and the average rate of recovery was 96.66%, RSD = 0. 9%. Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and highly specific. It can control the quality of Dingxin capsule.
