摘要
目的:建立测定丹参酚酸B苦参碱复盐片中丹参酚酸B含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Scienhome C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长286nm,进样体积10μl。结果:丹参酚酸B在0.0188~0.1696μg/μl范围内呈良好的线性关系,Y=1206930.2X-939.7,r=1,精密度RSD0.56%,重复性RSD1.4%,平均回收率在99.75%,RSD为0.99%。结论:该方法简单、结果准确、重现性好,适合于丹参酚酸B苦参碱复盐片在工业化生产和研究过程中的质量监控。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in the Matrine Salvianolic acid B Salt Tablets.Methods:The Scienhome C18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoic acid with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results:The calibration curve of salvianolic acid B was liner in the range of 0.0188~0.1696 μg/μl (r = 1) with average recovery 99.75 % (0.99%). Conclusion:The determination method was accurate,stable and could be used to control the quality of Matrine Salvianolic acid B Salt Tablets.
