摘要
目的建立测定丹七片中原儿茶醛含量的HPLC法。方法色谱柱:KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2mol·L-1醋酸铵(用HCl调pH至2.2)(12∶88,V/V);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长313nm。以原儿茶醛为对照品,外标法定量。结果原儿茶醛线性范围0.04~0.20mg·L-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.99%,RSD1.0%。结论本法简便、准确,可用于该药品的质量控制。
AIM To establish a method for determinating protocatechuicaldehyde in Danqi tablet by HPLC.METHODS Kromasil C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobil phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate(adjust the pH 2.2 by HCl)(12∶88,V/V),the flow rate was l.0 mL·min -1.The detection wave length was set at 313 nm,the column temperature was 30℃.The standard was protocatechuicaldehyde.The computing method was external standard method.RESULTS The linear range of protocatechuicaldehyde was in the range of 0.04-0.20 mg·L -1 (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.99%and RSD was 1.0%(n=5). CONCLUSION The method is rapid,highly accurate and precise.It can be used to control the quality of the drug.
