摘要 针对基于集成起动机/发电机(ISA)的汽车各部件的特性和系统的设计目标,建立了柴油机、ISA电机和整车的数学模型,在实现柴油机、ISA电机、蓄电池和传动系统之间最佳匹配的前提下,提出了以蓄电池SOC、车速、柴油机转速、功率以及燃油经济性为主要参数的控制策略。运用Matlab/Simulink软件,根据控制策略进行了启动、助力、充电等工况的动力性仿真,并在CYC_ECE_EUDC行驶循环工况下进行整车模拟试验。结果表明,所提出的控制策略能满足ISA汽车的迅速起步、低速补偿转矩、加速时提供辅助动力和充电功率恒定等要求,实现了起步-助力-发电功能一体化。 Aiming at the characteristics of various components and system design objective of the vehicle based on integrated starter/alternator (ISA) technique, the mathematical models for diesel engine, ISA motor and complete vehicle are created. On the premise of achieved optimal matching between diesel engine, ISA motor, battery and driving system, a control strategy is proposed with battery SOC, vehicle speed, engine power and speed, as well as fuel economy as main parameters. Using Matlab/Simulink software and based on the control strategy, a power performance simulation is conducted at starting, power assisting and battery charging conditions, and a vehicle simulation test is also performed with CYC_ECE_EUDC driving cycle. The results show that the control strategy proposed can meet various requirements of ISA vehicle, including speedy starting, torque compensation at low speed, offering auxiliary power at acceleration mode and constant charging power, so realizing the integration of starting, power assisting and electricity generation etc functions.
