摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础学习(PBL)教学方法在肿瘤内科学临床教学中的应用。方法将总计126名医学生,按授课班次随机为对照组65名(采用传统教学),实验组61名(采用PBL教学)。两组学生教育背景、授课教师均相同。教学结束时对两组学生进行问卷调查,使用SPSS软件统计两组学生间两种授课方法的差异。结果统计分析表明在肿瘤理论知识的掌握与解决问题的能力、提高学生学习兴趣与效率、以及在加强师生沟通等方面,PBL教学组均优于传统授课组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式在肿瘤内科的临床教学中学生将有更大的获益。
Objective To investigate the application of PBL method in clinical medical oncology teaching. Methods Under the same educational background and the same teacher, total of 126 medical students was randomly divided into two groups: the eontrel group (traditional teaching) had 65 students and experimental group ( PBL teaching) had 61 students. After the teaching, questionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups. The differences between the two groups were analyzed by using SPSS statistical software. Results Statistical analysis showed that the prehension of the oncology knowledge, the learning and problem - solving abilities, the improving efficiency of learning, and communication between teachers and students were better in PBL teaching group than in traditional teaching group. The differences exhibited statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion PBL teaching mode in clinical medical oncology teaching possessed a greater benefit for students.
