摘要
主要对目前国内外常用对虾保鲜剂在对虾冰藏条件下的保鲜效果作了比较研究,结果发现以美国的虾鲜宝效果最佳,其次为我国的植酸和日本的BL-7P(S)。
This is a report on the selecting of preservative of prawn under the ice storage.Experimental results show that Everfresh is the optimum preservative of Prawn among those preserva-tives most in use. PhyticAcid BL - 7P (s) and Sulfite have some preservation effect.
