摘要
紫甘薯富含花青素类色素,其应用前景和经济效益日益引起人们重视。本文以矢车菊色素为标准品,使用柠檬酸水溶液超声提取紫薯花青素色素,结合亚硫酸钠漂白,采用可见分光光度法建立了一种紫薯总花青素含量定量检测方法。矢车菊色素在0-30μg/mL范围内成线性响应,线性相关系数0.99975,检测限0.5ug/mL。该法方便准确,可用于辅助紫甘薯的育种和种植。
Purple sweet potato is rich of anthocyanidins. Its application prospect and economic benefits has aroused more and more concerns. Herein, total anthocyanidins in purple sweet potato were extracted under the ultrasonic irradiation and determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry using cyanidin as standard combing with the bleaching of Na2SO3. Cyanidin shows good linearity from 0 to 30ug/mL with linear correlation coefficient of 0.99968 and detection limit of 0.5ug/mL. The method is facile and accurate, which should be able to guide the cultivating and planting of purple sweet potato.
