介绍了国内外竞争选址理论及常用模型,分析了加油站选址时需考虑的因素,针对已宏观选定具有建站可行性的商圈,以所选加油站市场份额最大化为目标,构建了适合城市加油站微观选址的竞争选址模型。
The article introduces competitive site selection theory and its common models both at home and abroad and analyzes the factors needed to be considered when selecting a gas station site.Aiming at the business district having been macroscopically selected with the feasibility of setting up a gas station,regarding market share maximization of the selected gas station as the aim,it builds a competitive site selection model suitable for microscopic site selection of urban gas stations.
