分析当前加油站行业的经营现状及行业结构,我国成品油市场已进入国际化竞争阶段,要想全面提升我国加油站的市场竞争力,必须借鉴国外公司的先进经验,提出国内加油站需营造人性化的氛围、多样化的营销、网络化的管理、激励化的薪酬等多项策略组合。
Operation status and structure of gas station business are analyzed. Advance experience of multinational companies should be introduced to improve competitiveness of domestic gas stations. Measures such as building of human nature, diversified marketing,cyberization management, encouraged remuneration system are recommended.
