国外加油站管理的发展趋势及对我国加油站经营管理的启示 被引量:15

摘要 简要介绍了国外加油站经营的发展趋势:加油站数量减少但对销售网络的重组从未间断,自有他营的经营模式占主流;信息化、自动化管理程度高;日渐大型化,开设便利店成为潮流;由以油品销售业务为主转向油品销售与非油品销售并重;重视企业文化建设,以优质服务占领市场。在分析我国加油站目前现状和存在的问题基础上,提出了实现加油站管理系统化、运营网络化,推进加油站便利店建设,增加非油品销售业务,强化管理,不断提高管理水平,加强企业文化建设,推进企业持续稳定发展的对策。 Trends of gas station operation abroad is introduced briefly. The number of gas stations is decreasing because of continuous restructuring of marketing network. Most owners do not operate gas stations by themselves. The degree of information management and automation is relatively high. Gas stations become increasingly large. Operating a convenient store at gas stations is the trend. The operators abroad stress both oil and non - oil marketing. They also pay attention to building enterprise culture. Current status of domestic gas stations and existing problems are described. Establishing systemic management and marketing network, operating convenient stores, increasing non - oil business and strengthening culture building are introduced to promote stable growth of gas stations.
