摘要
提出并实现一种移动智能终端与GIS技术相结合的地震环境分析与救援系统.首先,利用层次分析法计算地震多发区不同环境的危险等级权重,同时结合GIS技术,利用ArcGIS软件绘制该地区的危险等级图;其次,针对实际地震场景中通信基站无法正常使用的极端情况,采用开源OpenBTS搭建移动通信基站,同时结合被困人员手机内预置的应用程序,实现对被浅层掩埋人员的定位等功能;最后,将绘制的GIS地图与获得的受灾人员分布数据相结合,能够辅助救援人员更好的制定救援决策.
A seismic environment analysis and rescue system combining mobile intelligent terminal and GIS technology is proposed and implemented. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the hazard level weights of different environments in earthquake-prone areas, and the GIS technology is used to map the hazard level of the area using ArcGIS software. Secondly, in view of the extreme situation that the communication base station can’t be used normally in the actual earthquake scene, open source OpenBTS is used to build a mobile communication base station, and at the same time, the application preset in the mobile phone of the trapped person is used to realize the positioning of the shallow buried personnel. Finally, combining the mapped GIS map with the acquired distribution data of the affected people can help rescuers make better rescue decisions.
