摘要
科研人员在从事科研工作过程中的幸福体验直接影响到科研成果的产出。通过对2606名科研人员的调查,分析研究科研人员的工作状况,找到提高科研人员工作中幸福体验的有效途径。
The well-being experience of scientific researchers who engaged in the research work has a direct impact on the output of scientific research. Based on the survey of 2606 scientific researchers and analysis of their working conditions, some suggestions are put forward to improve the well-being experience of scientific researchers.
