摘要
高校教师的工作绩效对于高校组织绩效、双一流大学建设等具有重要意义。基于广东省部分高校教师的调查,运用SPSS方法对高校教师工作绩效的两个维度进行人口学变量统计分析。结果表明:教师的工作绩效在性别、年龄、学历、职称、工作时间等方面没有显著差异,但从均值来看,教师的工作绩效存在随着年龄的增长、工作年限的增长而下降的趋势,教授的工作绩效相对于其他职称而言却是最低的,教师的关系绩效随着学历的提高而下降。为此,提出提升高校教师工作绩效的对策建议。
The work performance of university teachers is of great significance to the organizational performance of universities and the construction of double top universities.Based on the survey of some university teachers in Guangdong province,the SPSS method is used to analyze the two dimensions of university teachers’performance.The results show that there is no significant difference between teachers’work performance in gender,age,educational background,job title and working time.But from the mean value,the work performance of teachers is declining with the growth of age and working years,and the performance of the professors is the lowest compared with other titles.The relationship performance of teachers decreases with the increase of educational background.So put forward countermeasures to enhance the work performance of university teachers.
