摘要
20世纪80年代,特别是进入90年代以后,有关工作绩效结构问题的深入探讨成为国内外学术界研究的热点。本研究跟随这一前沿动态,对近年来工作绩效结构研究的理论观点从个体绩效内涵研究、绩效行为结构要素及相关模型扩展研究、管理者工作绩效结构研究三个方面做出梳理和评述,以便于为今后的相关研究提供启示。
Performance structure has been a hot topic in the literature since in 1980s, especially in 1990s. Following the frontier trends, a through elaboration on performance structure theories is made from the nature of individual performance, factors of performance structure, related model study, and the managers' performance structure. Finally, some comments are provided for the future study in this field.
