摘要
文章以中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所为例,调查了青年科研人员的幸福指数及其影响因素,并采用总体幸福感量表和生活满意度量表进行了评价。研究结果表明,不同性别组、年龄组的幸福感指数之间在统计学意义上没有显著性差异(p>0.05);学历低(本科及以下和硕士学历)的科研人员的幸福感指数明显高于学历高(博士学历)的科研人员(p<0.05);月收入少于5 000元的科研人员的幸福感指数显著高于其他收入水平的科研人员(p<0.05);初级职称科研人员的幸福感指数显著高于中级职称和高级职称的科研人员;生活满意度指标只受到收入水平的显著影响,在性别、年龄、学历和职称因素的影响下变化不明显。高学历、高收入、高职称的"三高"人员的幸福感指数最低,管理者应该从人才工作环境、情绪调节、人才培养机制、考核评价体系等方面着手,加强对青年科研人员的关注和管理。
The investigation focuses on the happiness of young researchers at Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology,Chinese Academy of Sciences and its influencing factors.The study was conducted with General Well-Being Schedule(GWS)and Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS).The survey showed that there was no significant difference statistically in happiness indexes between the gender groups and age groups(p>0.05);less-educated researchers(i.e.masters,bachelors and the ones below that)had higher happiness indexes than the researchers with a doctoral degree(p<0.05);the researchers with monthly income less than 5 000 yuan had higher happiness indexes than other researchers(p<0.05);the happiness indexes of the researchers with junior professional title were higher than the ones with medium professional title and advanced professional title;satisfaction with life(SWL)was significantly affected only by income,and less affected by gender,age,education and professional title.The researchers with high educational background,high income and high professional titles had the lowest happiness index,who should be motivated by improving working conditions,emotion adjustment,training system,inspection and evaluation.
