摘要
富士红茶利用红富士苹果的原汁与红茶汁按一定的配比,添加蔗糖、有机酸和调整果汁茶饮料的口味研制而成的具有良好品质、色泽和风味的新型饮料。
Fuji black tea was developed by mixing Fuji apple juice and black tea extract and adding sucrose, organic acids and other adi-tives. The beverage was a kind of new type with high quality, fresh colour and flavour.
